Tier 2 includes access to everything in tier 1, as well as unlimited rights for all instrumentals released. That goes for every beat that's released during the month. A tier 2 member will also have the freedom to use any beat that's released during the month. The unlimited rights to use the beats will continue even if the member chooses to end their membership.
