I would like to submit my sample pack / loop kit / drum kit / preset bank. What should I do?
To sell a sample pack, loop kit, drum kit, or preset bank on our Shop (shop.traktrain.com), send us an email and we'll share the instructions and requirements.
I have a problem with my account, profile, or subscription. Can you help?
Email us at [email protected] with your PayPal email and Traktrain profile URL, and we'll help as soon as possible.
I sold a lease but the money didn't show up in my PayPal. Why?
It may be a Stripe payment — check your Stripe balance or card account (the first transfer can take 6–7 days, later ones 1–2). Also check your spam/promo folder. If there's no Stripe account and it was a PayPal sale, email us at [email protected] with your PayPal email and Traktrain URL.
Something isn't working on the site (buttons, player, downloads). What should I do?
Email us at [email protected] with the details. First try from a computer with an up-to-date browser, AdBlock off, and JavaScript enabled — and include the browser and version plus a screenshot, which helps us a lot.
Where can I review my payout (PayPal) information?
You'll find your payout details in your account under Payments.
Is there an app, more languages, or rankings on the platform?
Rankings are already live — check out our Top Charts and Top Charts Monthly. A mobile app is in the works, with release expected in 2026, and support for more languages is on our backlog.
Can I sell exclusives with the free plan?
No — exclusive sales require a paid plan (100 or Unlimited). The free plan covers MP3 leases and up to 3 kits.
Is there a way to share an individual track with a link?
Open the track you want to link to — the page URL updates with a # and the track. That URL is your shareable direct link.
What do I get with a paid account versus a free one?
Free includes unlimited MP3 uploads (10 GB) at 0% commission. Paid plans (100 and Unlimited) add more storage, all license types, marketing tools, and analytics. See the full breakdown on the Membership page.
Does Traktrain have any fees?
Traktrain takes a 0% commission when you buy or sell an MP3 beat. The only fees are PayPal and Stripe fees.
